Most respectfully I want to state that I have been ill with fever
for the lasttwo days. Therefore, I have not be able to attend the school.
The doctor has advised me for a week's bed rest,
Therefore, I request your honour to grant me sick leave for a week
with effect from 1st dec 2013 to7th dec 2013. I shall produce the medical
certificates when I come to school again.
